Buyer and publisher access is subject to application and approval. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. We may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion.
3. Acceptable Use
- No fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant traffic or campaigns.
- No violation of applicable laws, including telemarketing and consumer protection regulations.
- No interference with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.
4. TCPA & Compliance
All buyers and publishers are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all other applicable laws and regulations. LeadsByCall employs compliance-aware processes but does not provide legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.
5. Payments
Buyer charges and publisher payouts are governed by the rates and terms agreed for each campaign. Details regarding billing, qualified-call definitions, and payment schedules are set out in your campaign agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
The website, branding, and platform technology are owned by LeadsByCall or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific call volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadsByCall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
